Christian came to my house and installed a water heater i had got from the hardware store. The job took about 45 minutes and he cleaned up after the work was done. what a great job. I also had him look at my AC unit, I believe I will have Shamrock replace it in the next week or so.

Had another well known advertised plumber come out to fix an leak outside where the water enters the house. They fixed leak but noticed water was still leaking out of the close off valve, leak really isn't the word pouring out would be more likely. Called them back out and they gave my fiancée a story that they didn't cause the other leak. Too bad I wasn't home. So instead of calling them back out found Shamrock Plumbing on the internet, called and left a message. Mark the owner called me back and came out the same day. He went and took a look at leak, I told him I thought the other plumber had caused it. Mark agreed and was surprised that the other plumber wouldn't fix it. Shamrock Plumbing not only fixed it in a few seconds, he also didn't charge me. I will use no plumber but Shamrock plumbing from now on and would recommend that you would use them first, awesome company and owner.

I called Shamrock Plumbing to see if they could find a leak three other companies couldn't find. When Jimmy arrived I told him what the other plumbers had said and what they said should be done. Within fifteen minutes he had located the problem, he showed me the issue which was clear as day. He gave me my options weather to repair the old copper or replace it by repiping my house. I found Mark and his team on Angie's List. He was friendly, and knowledgable and walked me through the issue that I was having and shared with me exactly what was needed to fix it. In addition, he found somoe other issues that would be troublesome in the long run and worked me up an estimate for those repairs as well. While the total repair was more than I had budgeted to fix the original problem, I felt comfortable with Mark and went ahead and OK'd the additional work be done.

I called Mark at Shamrock Plumbing for an estimate to repair my leaking water heater, He told me he would have someone out to my house within an hour and a half. Dale arrived and checked the problem, the water heater was leaking under the cover and couldn't be repair so he gave me options for replacement. The option I went with was the hybrid water heater, a little more expencive but the over all saving are worth it. Thank you Shamrock for the great service.

I called shamrock plumbing for a price on a 50 gallon water heater. My heater started leaking and due to the age of the heater, repairing it was not an option. When they arrived, they checked the water heater to be sure it was the source of the problem and then got straigh to work. They took the old heater away and cleaned up after themselfs.

The day before Easter a pipe burst in my master bathroom. I had water, not only coming from that room, but from my main bathroom as well, all over the floor. I called a well know local plumber with an answering machine and kept researching until I found Shamrock. I decided to call because of the great reviews and was pleasantly surprised when I got a live person answering. This was my first contact with Mark. He said he would be at my home between 30-45 minutes and he was true to his word. Once he arrived he explained in detail everything that he was doing. He fixed my shower and then contacted Damage Control to come out and start drying out the water damage. Mark was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He turned what could have been a disastrous weekend into a virtually stress free situation. I highly recommend Shamrock Plumbing and I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs. One last note, the other plumber eventually called, but Mark had already fixed the problem.

Installation of sink drain, disposal, dishwasher drain and rerouting of drainage piping. Excellent quality of work - sink plumbing is very neat and well-designed. A different plumber told me the entire drain system (in the external wall) would need to be redone and that a disposal could not be installed in the sink given the current drain location, nor could the non-disposal sink be attached to the existing drain pipe. Shamrock's successfully configured the sink cabinet plumbing so that no changes were needed to the house wall plumbing and the quality of work is immediately evident with a casual glance under the sink. He also came out quickly on a Saturday with no extra charge for a weekend call and was able to do the work within a few hours of my initial call. All-in-all an extremely pleasant and money-saving experience. I will use this plumber again. Mark Norman provided excellent, after hours service when he replaced our malfunctioning, antique water heater. He gave us useful information in easy to understand layman's language; he gave us practical advice on how to remedy some of our other plumbing problems.* This customer also indicated that they would hire our company again. *This comment come directly through our website, and not the national database.* No hot water. Mark was very easy to talk to on the phone. Came out in about 2 hours or so. Turns out all that needed to be done was set the reset button. He said sometimes lightning can mess with equipment. Mark was great! I found out the hard way that my laundry room washer hookup had been slowly leaking inside the wall, probably for years based on the amount of damage. Mark came out and asessed the problem, provided an estimate, and made a recommendation for another company that could do the drywall repair, etc. This had to be coordinated with his work, and he was very flexible with working his schedule around this. He did a good job fixing & replacing the plumbing-related parts. When he came out for the estimate, I also had him replace an old hose faucet on the outside of the house. He put the cost of the hose fixture in with the larger laundry room repair and did not charge me for the two separate house calls. Replaced fluidmaster on toilet The toilet had been running, so I assumed the flapper needed to be replaced. After replacing it, the problem remained. I called my usual plumber, but since he didn't respond, I called Shamrock Plumbing. It worked out very well. Mark accommodated my busy schedule and met me as soon as I was free. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a broken fluidmaster, had the parts with him, and promptly fixed the toilet. Mark cut out the bad copper section and replaced it. Mark was great. He gave us options prior to beginning the repair, estimates of each, and likelihood of the response. The company responded the same day, on a sunday evening, to our request of an estimate. Installed all the plumbing work in a remodel for our bathrooms, ie sink, shower and toilet. He is punctual, professional and polite. He is also very reasonability priced. We found out that the pipe that was installed by another company in 1993 had been recalled and was subject to leaking. We called Shamrock for an estimate on re-piping the entire home. We were already in the process of completely redecorating the master bath and had the vanity, toilet, tile and backer board removed. Mark, the owner, came to give us the estimate on the re-pipe. He also asked if we wanted the tub replaced. We had another estimate for the tub from a contractor which we felt was too high. Mark quoted a price for the tub which was one-quarter of the other company's! We agreed to the re-pipe and tub replacement. Mark's crew arrived a few days later and completed all the work in four hours, including clean-up. The entire crew was very efficient, pleasant, and professional. I went to turn off the water valve behind the toilet. I couldn't seem to turn it so I tapped it with a hammer. It immediately started a drip leak. I couldn't stop it. I found some plumber's putty and tried to stop it. Didn't work. I found Shamrock Plumbing on the internet. I called them because it had member of Better Business Bureau on the ad. I called & it went to a voicemail. I thought great, it's Saturday, probably not there. I went to check the leak before trying someone else. The phone rang & it was Mark calling me back. I explained my problem(s) & he was very nice. It wasn't really bad and I had to do some things so he came later. He fixed it but showed me how to fix it myself just with switching out a part. When he looked at the leak at the turn off valve, it was just a loose nut. He noticed though that my copper piping to the toilet was very green and advised that I should think about re-plumbing. He took the time to explain what it would take, cost (which was very reasonable) and because I had only two bathrooms, it would only take a day. I asked about remodeling and again he took the time to explain things. I asked him about re-modeling a bathroom for my almost 90 yr old mother and he gave me great information. There was no pressure. January 24, 2009 Replaced kitchen sink food waste disposal. On the morning of January 17, 2009 my wife informed me that the kitchen food waste disposal was not working. I checked the electricity, looked under the sink and all was quiet. I called Mark from Shamrock plumbing and informed him of the problem. He set up an appointment for that evening to come over. As in the past Mark was on time, checked everything out and indeed the motor was dead. He gave me an estimate to replace the food waste disposal with a brand new one. My wife and I approved the repair, and it was completed within the hour. As usual Mr Norman did a great plumbing job. * This customer also indicated that they would hire our company again. The kitchen faucet began leaking and the whole assembly was loose. My kitchen sink faucet had developed a constant leak and the handle kept turning all the way around. I immediately thought of Shamrock Plumbing because I had such a great experience when he fixed my master bathroom shower. I contacted Mark of Shamrock Plumbing on December 20, 2007, and Mark arrived on time the same day. I explained the problem and he took a look at the faucet and gave me an estimate for the repair. After I approved the estimate, Mark took the faucet apart, found the problem, and was able to fix it with no more leaks and tightened the loose assembly. The faucet works perfectly and there are no more problems. On April 2, 2007 I contacted Mr. Norman through a local newspaper ad. I was able to reach him right away and notified him of the problem. We made an appointment for him to come to my house. Mr. Norman was right on time. He explained to me what needed to be done to fix my master bathroom shower and also quoted me a cost for the complete repair. The estimate was free, but I felt very confident that Mr, Norman knew his business so I let him complete the job, and never had any more issues with the shower. Mr. Norman runs a professional plumbing business, his truck was very impressive, he dressed properly and explained everything that needed to be done. Upon completion he made sure that everything worked and was clean. * This customer also indicated that they would hire our company again. Mr. Norman repaired my outdoor pipes which were leaking water into the street. This service call was on October 26. Mr. Norman informed me that I had two leaks...one was in my irrigation pipe and the other in my regular water pipe. Since it was a Sunday, which is a difficult day to get anyone to respond, and since I had water gushing into the street, I was very happy when Mr. Norman came as fast as he did and repaired the pipes. They had to come back the next day because the bathroom drain was leaking. Problem was old pipe fittings, but they were able to make it work without major replacement. But when Mark came to give me an estimate, he was able to fix the problem on the spot. The garbage disposal was only jammed, not burnt out. I called the company to get service for a leak I had in the wall of my bedroom. The person that answered the phone was very helpful and we set an appointment for the same day between 2 and 4pm. He called about 1:40 pm and let me know he would be at my house within 30 mins. He arrived just after 2pm, his name was Mark, he had the company name and his name printed on his shirt. He found the problem right away and quoted me a price to fix it. He made the repair and cleaned up after he was finished. The bill was the same as I had been quoted.
